Pattern Design
Master Digit : It offers complete pattern digitizing, pattern modification and grading ability, as well as some of Master Pattern Design’s features for creating new patterns.
Master Pattern Design : It brings unlimited creativity to the pattern design department. With its ease-of-use and practical working methods, Master Pattern Design is the benchmark for pattern design.
MTM (Made to Measure) : It is a complete mass customization solution with powerful software interactivity. This solution provides intelligent automation that allows you to update several pieces in all sizes simply by entering new measurement specifications in the system.
Clone : Piece Interdependency is now a basic function of PAD System Pattern Making. The Clone System automatically updates modifications made from pattern development phase to the cloned production pieces.
Production
Master Marker : Piece Placement is made easy by linking your Marker to the original pattern style, allowing pattern changes to be updated automatically in the related marker.
Opticut Auto Marker : Nesting is made by linking your Marker to the original pattern style, allowing pattern changes to be updated automatically in the related marker.
Nester Network : Nester is a fully automatic marker making system available as an integrated software upgrade to PAD System. Nester automatically follows the nesting constraints established in PAD’s marking module eliminating duplicate data entry and is automatically launched from PAD.
Plot Network : It allows the user to manage batch platting efficiently permitting use of the computer.
3D Visualization
Haute Couture 3D : It powered 3D, powered by Syflex, is the most advanced 3D garment visualization software available on the market today. This application helps reduce the number of sample iteration by allowing you to sew your pattern, simulate them on any 3D model or dress from and apply color, textures and prints.
Converters
PAD’s Converters facilitate the exchange of CAD/CAM (Computer Assisted design / computer assisted manufacturing ) data between contractors.
