2Cana Solutions - Production Data Management System (PDMS)

Production Data Management System (PDMS) is a job control system specifically for the clothing and textile industry.

PDMS solutions' primary function is the management of job lifecycles from lead status to production through to dispatch of the finished product. Core functionality includes the production of customer invoices, as well as the recording of payments made to suppliers.

The system users are able to maintain a database of customers and suppliers (raw materials and outwork), as well as the types of articles offered. In addition, the system provides management-level reporting regarding revenue versus expenditure, and the flexibility for users to store and link files of their choosing (e.g. spreadsheets and pattern design files) to any job in the system.

The system is intended for use by small businesses in a LAN environment, with each business running the application on a web server with individual users connecting via a web browser.
