Retail Solution Suite's modules ranging from product location and recommendation to customer task and communication to operational productivity enhancing tools. This functionality is substantially similar regardless of the device platform being used, whether handheld, desktop PC, POS or kiosk. It supports various business improvements, such as:
- features that empower sales associates with one-to-one selling tools that capture, and facilitate access to, individual customer data, preferences and purchase history, and provide sales associates with the ability to deliver enhanced customer services and present personalized up-sell and cross-sell opportunities;
