  • Raise appropriate sales Invoices for domestic/export and excisable/non-excisable goods.

  • Interface with external Accounting system and send accounts receivable information.


  • Manage (Production) Spinning Stages
  • Plan and Schedule frame capacities and yarn grades.

  • Manage various parameters for each process stage.

  • Create and Manage Job allocations as per spin plan.

  • Record Production progress across stages.

  • Record Inspection details for each process stage.


  • Organize Stores
  • Issue Material/equipments like frames, spindles etc. for work order based requirements.

  • Create Purchase indents for raw materials, consumables, equipments, etc from various departments.

  • Create and Manage GRNs.

  • Manage Sales and Purchase returns.

  • Adjust Stock based on actual physical count for end of year auditing.

  • Monitor returnable items – equipments – to external agencies.

  • Interface with external Accounting system to update accounts payable information.


  • Effectively Monitor Workforce
  • Create and Manage Job orders to labors based on Work Order Schedule.

  • Record daily labor work contribution progress across spinning process stages.

  • Prepare and provide inputs for payroll across production levels.


  • Manage Purchase
  • Create Purchase indents for raw materials, assets, consumable and other general items as required.

  • Create and Manage Purchase Orders for all items.

  • Interface with external Accounting system to send all accounts payable information.


  • Monitor Quality
  • Execute quality checks at various spinning stages.

  • Effectively track wastage throughout the production cycle.


  • Track Despatches
  • Create and Manage Delivery Advices across sales orders.

  • Record Packing and despatch details against customer purchase/Commission agents.


  • View Analytical Dashboards
  • Setup and Maintain authorization profiles in line with ISO requirements.
