Bundle-Track lets you define a library of Pay Rates that may be referenced by Pay Conditions & other system areas. A Global Pay Rate has the same fixed value no matter where it is used. An Employee-Specific Pay Rate delivers an Employee-specific value defined under the Employee record.

Operation Base Rates
Bundle-Track lets you build a library of Operation Base Rates which you may assign to Operations to enable Bundle-Track to convert Production Standards back & forth between earned Time & earned Money.

Rolling Historic Averages
You can let Bundle-Track automatically update any given Employee-Specific Pay Rate with rolling historic averages calculated for each Employee at the end of each period close or on demand.

Hourly Pay
Bundle-Track lets you build Pay Conditions that return Hourly Pay rates.

Piecework Pay
Bundle-Track lets you build Pay Conditions that return Piecework Pay.

Split Incentives (Network Edition only)

Automatic Comparison against Home Rate (Network Edition only)
Network Edition lets you attach a final stipulation to any Pay Condition's pay rule: Pay the Home Rate if Greater. Desktop Edition does not offer this.

Automatic Home Job Rate Update (Network Edition only)
Network Edition allows you to designate one Pay Rate as the Employee-specific Home Job Rate, & offers an option let Bundle-Track automatically infer & update each Employee-specific Home Job Rate at each period close, based on the current rate assigned to the Employee's Home Job.

Shift Premiums
Bundle-Track lets you set Shift premiums as flat rates or as percentages of pay.
