Iride-Prisma program is subdivided in the following functions
Files Running
Storing of Samples.
Stored data can be visualized and printed on the basis of several parameters.
Colorimetric Data
Executes all the colorimetric controls:
Quality Control, with the possibility to check the Samples on the basis of Tolerance Blocks, developed by Iride Centre, optimizing the instrumental control with the human eye. User is also in the position to define his own parameters, to control samples both by Colour and Centre-Selvedge, and to create and manage a Customer Card.
Lotting, with the possibility to subdivide Samples in homogeneous Lots, following the conventional method (555), or on the basis of parameters elaborated for Quality Control and on the basis of business criterions.
Colorimetric Data, with the possibility to visualize and print Lab and LCH values referred to stored Samples, and their classification according to Euro color System.
Sample / Imitation Comparison, with the possibility to control samples under different formulas (CieLab – CMC l:c - UniLab - AnLab - HunterLab - Cie 1964 - CieLuv - Scofield - Reilly C.R. - FMC II – Cie2000, etc.), from the point of view of both Colour and Metamerism. Moreover, for White Samples, there is the possibility to control their index according to Ganz, Stensby, Berger, Taube, Hunter, ASTM, Cie and their Yellow ASTM and DIN Indexes.
Fastness Calculation, with the possibility to calculate colour fastness as regards the grey scale, according to I.S.O. standards for Discharge and Degradation.
Accessories coupling (linings, buttons, zippers etc.) to a ready-made cloth.
Historical Samples
Searches in samples file the colour nearest to the desired reference.

Colour Atlas
Supports, in a way that is transparent to the final user, a set of atlases, one for each base fabric chosen, sorting colours by page/row/column with functions correlating the base colorimetric concepts to human eye. This organization brings to a faster colour classification and, consequently, to a more efficient colour imitation, avoiding not useful recipes calculations. For each sample insertion, the user has the possibility to change colours on video to obtain the exact desired tone.
