The i-Tek Jewelry Management System is designed to manage the tracking, distribution, sales and flow of the jewelry from production to distribution to retail. It facilitates automatic and multiple item identification, accounting, stock taking and sales that improve business efficiency, item security and operational accuracy.

Jewelry pieces are tagged with RFID tags programmed with information such as model no., serial no., description, weight, carat, etc.

Tag has a unique ID, which can be tamper evident and so alert for missing items.

RFID readers are used to track stock movements.

RFID readers enable tracking of jewelry from the factory, to the vault, to the sales floor and to the POS.

Stock control can be performed quickly at any time of the day.

Quick and easy search for particular jewelry with handheld device.

Generates reports on inventory, staff performance, best selling items, etc.

Components of the RFID Systems

Tags
Tags are available in both Tamper evident & reusable form. Descriptive attributes such as weight, carat, etc can be added to the Tag.

Hand Held Reader
The Hand Held Reader involves the associate passing a battery powered reader over the sales merchandise at discrete points throughout the day & it is also beneficial in a factory unit.

Smart Shelf
- As the name suggest, this arrangement is smart enough to generate real time data from the Shelves for SKU movements & it continuously reads the location of item in inventory for generating the most accurate data and also gives real time visibility.
- These systems involve installing a series of readers and antennas throughout the shelving system of the store.

The advantage of this system is that it requires no sales associates’ intervention in order to read the RFID Tags.

Application Software

Software can be developed or integrated with the existing application software so as to meet the client's requirement.

Discrete Fixed Readers

With these readers deployed throughout the store, the jewelry can be inventoried when the items pass through a given point such as the POS.
