DStore manages your stock from goods receipt to despatch. This ensures that you always have an overview of where individual articles are at any one moment. DStore interfaces smoothly into your host system and supports you in all storage issues.
Radio Data Transmission
By adding their radio data transmission system DRFNet you will get a total solution which, as it is based on standard modules, will adapt to your specific requirements. Of course, their software solutions harmonise ideally with the technology of their materials handling systems.
Goods Receipt
Incoming goods are registered automatically or manually. The receipt of the goods can be verified against a despatch note (from the host system) and the goods can be allocated to transport carriers.
Storage
Depending on the specifications, either DStore will allocate a storage area or else store operators themselves can choose a suitable storage place for the goods.
Picking
A request from the host system will initiate picking in DStore. Based on the stock data, the system can now guide the operator through the warehouse and provide him/her with details of the storage area, article and quantity required for the picking process – completely paperless.
Despatch
An independent check is carried out here as to which articles have been allocated to the individual destination points. Errors are noticed immediately. Freight lists can be generated directly from the loading data, for example. The information can be transmitted to the host system.
Inventory
Stock taking is a paperless process supported by radio data transmission. Inventory times and errors are reduced.
