The Pattern Making System

The dress pattern can be input directly through the convenient-sensitive pen or the 16 bits locators as well as the commonly used inductive panel. The data, the acceptable floppy disc and the network transmission data obtained from the automatic reading system can all be used flexibly.

The pattern-making function is allocated with the basic and the composite function as well as the macro function which is executed automatically with spreading the procedures. The work efficiency can be greatly improved only by clicking the icon and carrying out some easy operations.

The work of adding sewing-up can be carried out after the pattern making. The system has multiple processing models for the leftovers; can process them automatically or through man machine conversion; and has the function of closing automatically according to the length of the symmetry axis. The system can easily check the pattern making results and add symbols and letters.

The output processing can be executed immediately after the simple operation.

The Grading System

The grading result can be obtained automatically when it is used.

Define the movable degree of different key positions for the grading. Some particular processing can be carried out by the conversational mode at the same time when adopting the processing result of the automatic grading.

The result of the grading can be examined at once. For example: the size, angle as well as the seam and etc.

The system designs in advance the shape of various notches and punch as well as various stitches; and also stores lots of words, symbols and phrases for users to use.

The Marking Maker System

The optimum marking maker can be carried out on the image according to the input pattern or the pattern with full code whose piece grading has been finished. The CAD data of different factories can be conducted by the universal DXF format.

When the marking maker is made with out motif, it can be carried out by the means of automation, conversion and program library.

As for the marking maker, it not only various excellent functions of marking maker but also is simple, convenient, still and has a strong plastically function of the paper pattern alterations to the textile of direction lines and rotates minutely…

The data being finished can be used directly as the cutting data, network data and the data of the floppy disk of the CAM. In addition, the mini maker and the marker of 1:1 can be used as the application for the management.
