GinWare 2.1 is a complete integrated solution for complete business process management for Cotton Ginning concerns. It builds on distributed architecture like Microsoft Windows DNA™. It handles large amount of enterprise data and currency. GinWare is functionally divided into subsystems. Each subsystem covers major functionalities of ginning process. A Ginning Organization can make purchase of raw material, process it and sell the finished goods and By-products. All these activities are summarized in Accounts. This logical division is also the source of division of the GinWare application.

- Kappas Purchase : Kappas Purchase is the subsystem of Purchase system. It covers the purchases of raw Kappas, which is main raw material for any ginning factory.
- By-products Purchase : This subsystem is developed to record purchases of other By-products like Seed, Oil and Oil Cake etc. Mostly Kappas purchases and By-products purchases have a different process that’s why it is handled separately if necessary.

Production
- Cotton Production : It is an integral part of production system. It manages the information how much raw material is processed and how much cotton and seed produced. Its main features include:
